Five Below is seeking a Store Manager/Leader to oversee daily operations, train crew, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage opening and closing, cash handling, and staff supervision while maintaining stock organization and merchandising standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling and travel may be required.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, cash handling, locks, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by Store Manager.
