Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English in the workplace.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computational ability.
• Basic computer skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities; city knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; register guests and verify reservation, address, and payment information.
• Accept payments at registration and checkout; manage house bank and report receipts.
• Issue keys and control access to safety deposit boxes; post charges as requested.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints; answer calls and assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs.
• Assist guests with luggage; be knowledgeable about local area, hotel services, and provide wake-up calls and messages.
• Promote the hotel’s programs and services; cooperate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all company SOPs; maintain professional conduct and be available for emergency assistance as needed.
