Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our hospitality team. You will deliver welcoming and efficient service during guest arrivals, stays, and departures, while supporting hotel operations and promoting services and amenities.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate transactions, teamwork with departments, and adherence to security and privacy procedures. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to stay composed while resolving guest concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service during their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift documentation.
