Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our team in Hawthorne, CA. You will greet guests, assist with arrivals, payments, and requests, and help ensure a smooth stay with professional service throughout the guest journey.

The role involves handling cash, using PMS/POS systems, and collaborating with housekeeping and other departments to deliver outstanding experiences for guests and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior hotel/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with professional, friendly service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals/departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
• Monitor lobby/front desk to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift duties and communicate during handoffs.
