Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to be the foundation of our guest experience in-store. Educators are experts at delivering world-class service, sharing product education, and connecting with our community and culture.

You will engage with guests, assess needs, demonstrate product benefits, and support seamless omnichannel interactions while upholding our standards and boutique environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have proof of Right to Work and local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work
• Willing to handle boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right for guests.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Establish productive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean store environment and follow safety policies.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
