Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and product education in our retail store. You will engage with guests, articulate the value of technical fabrics, and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting guests on the floor, supporting omnichannel programs, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations while upholding lululemon's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests' time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs.
• Support store operations including restocking and checkout procedures.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to address issues.
