Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our store. You will connect with guests, share in-depth product education, and reflect our community and culture in every interaction.

As a foundational team member, you will move dynamically on the floor, assist with transactions, restock, and support store operations while maintaining a safe, premium shopping environment and an inclusive atmosphere for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Willing to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest experiences with omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to improve.
