You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and guide them through seamless in-store and omnichannel shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences (BOPIS, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make improvements.
