Caesars Entertainment in Anderson (Harrah's Hoosier Park) seeks a Guest Services Representative for an on-site, full-time role. You will greet guests, promote exceptional service, enroll members into the Rewards Club, and manage patron information and cash handling at the Rewards Club desk.

The position requires 21+ years old, strong English skills, and the ability to perform basic math and computer tasks. It involves flexible shifts in a hospitality setting and adherence to company standards.

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or team members.
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure; capable of computing rates, ratios, and percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Greet all guests and promote exceptional customer service.
• Promote membership into the rewards program and educate patrons on benefits.
• Input patron information not captured by reservations; maintain and balance cash drawer.
• Make public announcements and manage coupons/promotions on property.
• Assist with resolution of player complaints and problems; assist with promotional item distribution.
