Qualifikationen

• Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; high school diploma or GED; or six months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written with the ability to read and interpret general business materials.

• Directly supervises up to 25 employees in the Guest Services Department.
• Interview, hire and train employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Assist in setting up and implementing all promotions related to the Rewards Center.
• Assist in coordinating passenger reservations and boarding pass issuance; manage ticketing block procedures.
• Implement procedures to ensure courteous, prompt and efficient customer service.
• Maintain recordkeeping procedures and forecast passenger volumes.
