Job summary
Caesars Rewards Representative at Harrah's Las Vegas is on-site and focused on signing up new Caesars Rewards customers on the casino floor while delivering fast, friendly service. This role handles vouchers, promotions, and accurate data entry to ensure the integrity of customer accounts.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, being 21+, and strong communication skills. Hotel/casino experience and familiarity with casino systems are a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 21+ years old and able to obtain Gaming Sheriff’s card.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Previous commission, telemarketing, or retail sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills; typing at least 30 WPM and 10-key capability.
- Ability to work any day/shift; stand and walk for long periods.
- Familiarity with Casino Management Systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and signup new premium Caesars Rewards customers on the casino floor.
- Issue point vouchers and promotional benefits per account.
- Greet and assist customers, promote Caesars Rewards and related promos.
- Maintain data integrity through accurate data entry.
- Protect customers’ rewards and credit lines.
