Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and engage customers on product education.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences including BOPIS, phone sales and ship-from-store.
• Move on the floor to assist guests and respond to store needs.
• Receive feedback and work with leadership to address guest concerns.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team atmosphere and collaborate with colleagues.
• Maintain store operations, restock, and keep the environment clean and safe.
