lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will connect with guests, share high-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

The Educator role focuses on engaging guests, assessing needs, and supporting omnichannel programs while maintaining a luxury store environment. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation (if required).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value.
• Support end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to improve service.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and store operations.
