lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Madison store. You will educate guests on products, share the value of key items, and help guests navigate seamless omnichannel options.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable in a store environment with bright lights and loud music.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) according to standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience.
