lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our luxury retail environment. You will engage guests, share product education, and contribute to our community and culture.

You’ll partner with a diverse team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain merchandising standards, and support store operations. The role requires flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Enable end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Move on the sales floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to make it right.
