Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our store. You will engage guests, explain product benefits, and support seamless checkout and omnichannel services.

As a member of the team, you’ll foster an inclusive, energetic environment, collaborate with colleagues, and help maintain the store's premium appearance while ensuring safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests to deliver world-class guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Handle transactions and support omnichannel programs and services.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and maintain store needs.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to address issues and make it right.
