lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our Leawood store. Educators are experts at connecting with guests, sharing top-quality product education, and authentically communicating our community and culture.

You will move on the sales floor to engage guests, conduct accurate transactions, support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup, ship from store), restock and maintain a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Accessibility to local regulatory requirements and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a world-class guest experience and connect with guests authentically.
• Share top-quality product education and explain benefits clearly.
• Process transactions accurately and support omnichannel programs.
