Lowes Foods in Wendell, Idaho is seeking a Pick & Prep associate to engage guests, prepare products, and showcase offerings with storytelling and knife skills. You will operate the Pick & Prep area to high standards and support merchandising and safety across the department.

The role emphasizes friendly service, ability to lift and move product, and teamwork with colleagues to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Basic reading comprehension and directions understanding.
• Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations or willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated knife skills and food preparation awareness.
• Good communication, guest service and selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage guests through product preparation and sampling.
• Provide superior guest service and story-tell product benefits.
• Demonstrate knife showmanship and service options.
• Operate Pick & Prep area according to standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in department.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking and merchandising as needed.
• Make PA announcements as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
