Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Guest Services / Front Desk Representative to deliver outstanding guest service.

The role involves check-in/check-out, handling guest inquiries, and supporting the property’s operations with a friendly, professional manner. You will work rotating shifts and be part of a team focused on 100% guest satisfaction, security of guests and assets, and seamless communication across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work flexible schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Confidentiality and discretion.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and courtesy.
• Operate the PBX phone system and PMS reservation tools.
• Maintain front desk area and basic clerical duties.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
