Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Guest Services / Front Desk Representative (PM Shift) to greet guests, check them in/out, and coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless stay.

You will handle phone calls, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism, maintain lobby presentation, and uphold brand standards while working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out.
• Respond to guest requests with urgency and care.
• Maintain lobby presentation and assist team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out processes.
• Answer phone calls and respond to reservations and guest requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain accurate records and process payments and folios.
• Upsell rooms and services where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to brand standards and hotel policies.
