The Marriott Colorado Springs, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage the check-in/check-out experience. You will handle payments, communicate effectively, and promote hotel services, all while delivering exceptional service that makes stays memorable.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality education is a plus.
• Experience in a guest-facing customer service role is preferred; hotel front desk experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Greet guests warmly and professionally to set the tone for their stay.
• Check-in and check-out efficiently, input guest data, and issue keys.
• Process payments and manage cash with accuracy throughout the shift.
• Answer phones, relay guest messages, and handle mail, packages, and faxes.
• Promote hotel marketing programs and loyalty offerings to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and effective problem solving.
• Maintain knowledge of outlets, local attractions, and hotel amenities.
• Support PBX operators and reservations as directed by leadership.
