Navy Exchange is seeking a part-time Guest Service Representative I in Key West. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and information requests to ensure a smooth stay.

The role covers front desk operations, lobby appearance, and guest privacy, with need to coordinate with management on issues. Prior office/clerical experience and familiarity with PMS/POS systems are advantageous.

Competenze

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• Experience handling guest inquiries and transactions is preferred.
• Substitution of education for experience may apply as described.

Mansioni

• Provide professional, courteous guest service and welcome guests.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, assign rooms, and collect payments.
• Use PMS to manage reservations and guest records; issue CNA when needed.
• Assist with group reservations and respond to guest requests or complaints.
• Operate multi-line phones and relay messages; coordinate requests with staff.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas, inventory, and security procedures.
• Assist with training, Lost and Found, and basic food/beverage service if applicable.
