The role emphasizes friendly service, proper dress code, and safe, efficient guest handling. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards by presenting a professional image and dress code.
• Checks in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and logs visitor information.
• Informs customers of events, sales, or promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Maintains a clean, tidy, and safe entryway and surrounding work area.
• Assists with firearm check-in by notifying the trained Outfitter per SOP (Greeters do not handle firearms).
