Bass Pro Shops in Pearland, TX is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest and deliver an outstanding customer service experience. The role includes greeting customers, guiding them to products and promotions, and ensuring a neat entrance.

You will help manage merchandise check-ins, assist with event details, and support front-end tasks while adhering to safety and dress code standards. The position emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and self-motivation.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Mansioni

• Greet all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Check in customer merchandise returns and manage visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales and promotions and distribute materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearm check-in processes by notifying trained staff (Greeters do not handle firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
