Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a versatile Guest Service Associate (Parking, Safety & Shuttle) in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role blends parking management, groundskeeping, safety patrols, and backup shuttle driving to keep the property safe, clean, and welcoming 24/7.

Responsibilities include monitoring parking and traffic flow, performing perimeter safety checks, maintaining curb appeal, and assisting guests with luggage and directions in a friendly, service-driven manner.

Qualifications

• License: Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
• Experience in security, valet/parking, or grounds maintenance is highly preferred.
• Physical ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs (luggage).
• Flexibility to work AM/PM/Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer-focused, friendly guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Parking & Traffic Management: Monitor the parking lot to ensure vehicles are authorized and parked efficiently.
• Safety & Security: Conduct perimeter patrols; respond to safety concerns and ensure lighting and gates work.
• Groundskeeper Duties: Maintain curb appeal with daily trash pickup and sweeping entrances.
• Backup Shuttle Driver: Provide safe transportation to ATL when needed.
• Guest Service: Assist guests with luggage and provide directions with a friendly attitude.
