Qualifications

• 1–2 years in front desk/guest service, luxury hotel preferred.
• Familiarity with PMS such as Opera, Amadeus, or similar.
• Experience serving VIP clients and resolving guest issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently check guests in and out with a welcoming approach.
• Set up accurate billing and verify guest identity per hotel policy.
• Handle room assignments and verify cash reports daily.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with other departments for seamless service.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities where appropriate.
