Qualifications

• Experience in front-end retail operations or cashiering preferred.
• Ability to assist guests with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, payments, postal services, copies, lottery, Western Union, and basic bookkeeping.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing discrepancies.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report problems to management.
• Provide backup support to staff in Guest Services and cashiering as needed.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
