Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service with a Say Yes attitude.
• Perform all front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, money orders, and other transactional duties.
• Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to teammates and to the Guest Service Manager in absence.
