Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to enhance the guest experience at the front-end and assist with a range of transactions beyond traditional cashier duties.

You will support the Guest Service team, handle money orders, Western Union, and various services, and contribute to a high standard of service across the store with a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and positive attitude.
• Experience with front-end cashier functions and basic transactions.
• Ability to troubleshoot cashier-related issues and communicate with management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by delivering remarkable service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating payment machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing questions.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services and cashiering as needed.
• Support Guest Service Manager in their absence.
