Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service in a retail environment.
• Ability to perform cashiering and basic store transactions.
• Comfort handling money orders, Western Union, and other in-store services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, money orders, Western Union, postal services, copies, and other transactions.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing issues.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report problems to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services and related duties.
• Support the Guest Service Manager in their absence.
