Qualifications

• Previous hotel, Front Desk, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and provide exceptional service during check-in/check-out.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and hotel information.
• Process transactions accurately using PMS and POS systems.
