Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, handle reservations and payments with accuracy, and collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly during check-in/check-out and throughout stay.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and requests.
• Process transactions accurately using PMS and POS systems.
• Respond quickly to guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership teams.
• Support room inventory, upselling, and inter-department communication.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in Front Desk and lobby areas.
• Follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and procedures.
• Assist VIP arrivals and group check-ins as needed.
