Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service, with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with health and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review guest orders for dine-in, takeout and delivery.
• Expedite counter pickup and main dining room orders appropriately.
• Interact with guests at pickup counter to meet needs and expectations.
• Deliver food to tables and assist with clearing dishes as needed.
• Replenish sauces, ramekins, and service containers as required.
• Communicate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Receive, check, and pack takeout orders.
• Maintain organized packaging materials and labeled bags.
• Monitor quality, ticket times, and consistency of service.
