Job summary

Level99 is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to support guest experiences in a fast-paced environment in Tysons, VA. You will handle dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders, expedite orders between pickup and dining areas, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive service.

Ideal candidates are multilingual, energetic, and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays. Prior BOH or FOH experience is a plus, with a commitment to hospitality excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous BOH or FOH experience preferred.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all guest orders (dine-in, takeout, delivery).
• Expedite the correct window for counter pickup and dining room orders.
• Interact with guests at pickup and tables to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver food to tables and assist with clearing dishes as needed.
