Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and understand all guest orders, including in-restaurant dining, takeout and delivery.
• Distinguish between counter pickup window and main dining room orders, expediting accordingly.
• Interact with guests at the pickup counter to ensure needs are met.
• Deliver food to tables and clear dishes as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenish sauces, ramekins, and containers designated to service areas.
• Communicate effectively with front of house and back of house teams.
• Receive, check and pack all guest takeout orders.
• Keep materials for takeout/delivery and dining organized, including plates, bags, and labels.
• Monitor quality, consistency, and ticket times.
• Build knowledge of menus and standards to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation.
