Responsibilities

• Greet guests in an upbeat, welcoming manner.
• Seat guests to maximize dining room efficiency and manage reservations/large parties.
• Communicate wait times and provide status updates to guests.
• Maintain and present menus to guests when seating.
• Answer the phone and assist with takeout orders, gift cards, and related needs.
• Express gratitude when guests depart.
• Walk the dining room to update table status and clean menus.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
• Assist with service when time allows (bussing, running food).
• Perform other duties as needed.
