Job summary

Level99 in Tysons is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to greet guests, guide them through the venue, and assist with wayfinding and operations. You will help with cash handling, POS tasks, and daily cleaning while maintaining a fun, safe, and engaging experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of guest-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, energetic attitude. Training is provided for brand standards and guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working directly with guests or customers.
• Strong public speaking or performance experience.
• Retail sales associate experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide tours, answer questions and assist with wayfinding.
• Support with operations, including POS functions and cash handling.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver best-in-class service with a positive attitude and urgency.
