Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred; ability to create a warm, welcoming first impression.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
• Clear and courteous communication with guests and teammates.
• Must be physically capable to lift luggage and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and help with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel features and amenities.
• Run errands for guests, deliver packages, and assist with valet or transportation needs.
• Keep lobby and front drive clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Assist with storing luggage, managing lost & found, and responding to guest requests.
