Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a friendly hospitality professional at the Southfield Westin in Southfield, MI for a part-time role. You will greet guests, manage dining reservations, take orders, and ensure timely service and accurate payments.

The position supports team needs and guest inquiries in a fast-paced dining environment. Required are 6 months of customer service/restaurant or cashier experience and Food Safety/Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience (preferred).
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage dining reservations, and provide attentive table service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Process guest payments and ensure proper reporting of tips
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining stations and service areas
• Support team by assisting with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries
