Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to support the front-end and guest experience at our store in Hastings, MN. You will handle cashiering, returns, money orders, Western Union, and other guest transactions while upholding Coborn’s high service standards.

The role emphasizes a helpful, reliable team member who can troubleshoot basic issues, assist with store operations, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service in retail
• Familiar with cash handling and POS transactions
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem solving
• Willingness to support multiple store functions as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude.
• Perform front-end tasks including cashiering, bagging, and returns.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and pricing issues.
• Provide backup to Guest Service leadership and other areas.
