Job summary

Coborn's Guest Services Representative needed at our Minnesota stores to deliver friendly, efficient front-end support and assist guests with money orders, Western Union, postage and other services.

You will handle cashiering, returns and price adjustments, perform accuracy audits, and back up the Guest Service Manager as needed to keep our operations smooth and guest-focused.

Qualifications

• Provide front-end cashiering, bagging, and transactions including money orders and Western Union.
• Assist guests with returns, overcharges, and price discrepancies.
• Support store operations with basic bookkeeping and cashiering duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Say Yes to the Guest attitude and deliver remarkable service.
• Perform all front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and use of payment and postal equipment.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager when needed.
