Coborn’s is hiring a Guest Services Representative in Minnesota to enhance front-end Guest Services and support the store with cashiering and unique transactions. You will help guests with returns, refunds, and exchanges while maintaining a positive “Say Yes to the Guest” attitude.

The role involves operating money order and payment devices, assisting with service standards, and providing backup support across departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering courteous guest service in a retail or store environment.
• Ability to perform cashier tasks accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Comfort with operating money order systems, Western Union, and postage-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the front-end and guest service counter.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and assist with various point-of-sale functions.
• Support store operations with transaction reversals, refunds, exchanges, and other transactions as needed.
