Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, supporting the front-end and store through cashier interventions and other transactions.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, money orders, Western Union, postages and related duties.
• Assist guests with returns, coupon refunds, exchanges, and handling of overcharges or overruns.
• Conduct cashier accuracy audits and report issues to store management.
• Provide backup to Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
