Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver remarkable guest service at the front-end and assist with money orders, Western Union, dry cleaning, postage, and other services.

The role supports cashiering, transaction accuracy, and various store operations to ensure a positive guest experience. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Front-end cashiering and guest service duties.
• Experience with money orders and Western Union is a plus.
• Strong accuracy for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to assist across store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter and support front-end operations.
• Operate cashiering, money order, postal and other transaction systems with accuracy.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges and coupon refunds while maintaining pricing and service standards.
• Support store teammates and management with coverage and problem resolution as needed.
