• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Assist with check-in and escort VIPs to rooms.
• Answer phones within three rings and direct inquiries.
• Handle cash and cash drops following proper procedures.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest data handling.
• Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform additional duties to meet business objectives.
