Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Specialist Sales Front Desk to welcome guests arriving for sales presentations and provide excellent service to Owners and guests, helping create memorable vacation experiences.

You will support site marketing programs, log premiums, and promote the brand while working a flexible full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays, with desk hours from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience
• Ability to interact with guests in person or by phone
• Willing to work flexible weekends and holidays
• Background check and drug screening may be required

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests or attendees arriving for sales presentations or visiting the sales gallery
• Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait
• Provide the highest level of service to exceed sales presentation and volume goals
• Promote brand image internally and externally
• Create, log, and expedite premiums for site marketing programs
