Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our front office team in a role focused on welcoming guests and delivering efficient, professional service from arrival to departure.

You will handle arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and requests, while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. The position requires strong communication skills and flexiblity with hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or guest service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills; able to stay professional under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout their stay.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests accurately.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest information, records, and shift documentation.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other hotel departments.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and relevant guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, privacy, and hotel operating procedures.
• Monitor the lobby and front desk area to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Complete assigned shift responsibilities and maintain handoff communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
