As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting hotel operations, delivering exceptional service, and helping our team achieve its operational and business goals.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel/front desk, customer service, or related area preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional and composed in resolving guest concerns.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests with friendly, professional service.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift records.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services, amenities, and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, privacy, and procedures.
• Monitor the lobby and front desk area to stay welcoming and organized.
• Complete shift responsibilities and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
