Fairfield Inn & Suites Weatherford is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register them, and assist with their needs according to hotel standards. You will handle reservations, payments, and communication via the PMS system, while maintaining security and guest satisfaction throughout the stay.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or training is required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process payments and verify credits.
• Make and confirm reservations and adjust bookings.
• Handle guest requests and respond promptly.
• Resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor as needed.
• Ensure guests' valuables are secured when needed.
• Support breakfast service or luggage assistance during peak times.
• Maintain accuracy in balancing accounts and audits.
• Contribute to overall guest satisfaction.
