Job summary

Brandt Holdings Company is seeking a Guest Service Representative to be the friendly first and last impression for guests. You will handle check-in/check-out, front desk operations, and market sales while ensuring a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers part-time shifts (7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm) with opportunities to upsell the loyalty program and maintain accurate records and payments. Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services.
• Ability to communicate in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a personable manner.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and payment details.
• Answer calls and route messages accurately.
• Promote brand loyalty program and assist guests with inquiries.
• Manage cash drawer and daily transactions during shift.
